Due to the unique customization of each order no refunds or exchanges will be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to check all information and entire order before purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item is damaged due to our error please contact us within 5 days. Non filtered, edited, cropped, etc. pictures and videos may be requested in order to determine a resolution. Unleashed Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and orders.
